About Our Staff – A note from Drs. Andrea & Brian Hass
Our staff is one of the best you’ll ever meet. Each individual was not only chosen on their past professional experiences and what they could add to our expectations for patient care, but more on their personality and caring attitude. The entire Hass Plastic Surgery staff works together seamlessly --- just ask our patients!
       
From your first contact with our office, to your follow-up appointments, you will know that our staff cares about your concerns. We know you have many choices when it comes to cosmetic surgery in the West Palm Beach area, therefore your surgeons and their staff must not only be well trained and experienced, but should also inspire confidence, address your needs individually and give you the beautiful results you desire.
    
At Hass Plastic Surgery & MediSpa, doctors and staff will always listen closely to your concerns, explain procedures and help you design the right treatment plan for your beauty goals and your lifestyle. Your experience may begin with complimentary cosmetic consultation in our Palm Beach Gardens office where a patient coordinator will review your goals and explain dynamics of cosmetic surgery and the Hass techniques. We will share with you an extensive collection of the doctors’ before and after photos as well as set up any personal meetings or conversations with past patients so you can be even better prepared for what the surgery may do for you.
   
If you’re discussing plastic surgery for your upper face, such as eyelids, brow lift or the injectable procedures of Botox® or dermal fillers, you will consult with Dr. Andrea Hass. For other procedures, such as those for the face, neck, nose, breasts and body, you will meet with, Dr. Brian Hass. We also have medical aestheticians available to help enhance your new look with a more beautiful complexion. At Hass Plastic Surgery & Medispa many cosmetic procedures can safely be performed at the same time to maximize patient recovery. In this case, having a board certified ophthalmic plastic surgeon for your eyes and brow, (Dr. A – as patients fondly call her) and a board certified plastic surgeon, (Dr. B) for your lower face, breasts or body can make a significant difference in being able to get the best in cosmetic rejuvenation and patient care in one location.
   
Almost every member of the Hass team has had cosmetic procedures by the doctors and they are always eager to discuss their experiences! Jennifer Lucky – Business Administrator
Jennifer has also been a veteran staffer at the Hass office since she actually started working part-time in the office  in 1999 while still in high school. After graduating from University of Central Florida, she took on the challenge as our full-time business administrator and is truly an overall multi-task, go-to person for many things in our office. With her talents in photography, graphic design and organization, she is not only well prepared to answer patient’s questions, but she has also earned a reputation for helping upkeep our digital office information. Jen has a keen understanding for a patient’s needs and works to create the office dynamics needed to make it all happen smoothly. It is also her responsibility to handle billing and assist patients with any health insurance related issues and cosmetic financing packages. With her attention to detail and office experience, she is another critical component to making our office the success it is today. When not in the office Jen keeps busy with her family, friends and dog Trina.

Jill Wilkinson – Marketing Director & Patient Coordinator
Although Jill’s BA in Communication is vital to many industries, it is her commitment to productive marketing and five–star client care that proved a natural fit for the doctors’ success. With experiences in the NYC ad business and her knowledge of marketing, sales and special event planning Jill is instrumental for branding this husband-wife cosmetic surgery practice, not only in Palm Beach County, but in all of South Florida as well. As the Marketing Director and Patient Coordinator since 1999, she is a vital part of our office personality and oversees the MediSpa. Patients enjoy her caring commitment and enthusiasm to help them feel comfortable about their cosmetic surgery decisions. She enjoys helping patients through their consultation and scheduling, but more importantly loves seeing their new found confidence when they come in showing off beautiful results. Although Jupiter, FL is now home, she still has a taste for the city life of New York, Philadelphia and Chicago where she has also lived. Now and then we do find her venturing north to visit family and friends in her hometown of Moorestown, NJ.

Vanessa Florenzan – Medical Aesthetician
Her passion for skin care came from the time she was a little girl living in New York when she fondly remembers her mom taking care of her skin with many lotions and potions, as she fondly called them. Now for our Hass MediSpa patients the passion lives on as they are the recipient of her unique techniques and gentle ways to help them have more youthful and beautiful skin no matter what their age. With her education from the Lia Schoor Institute of Cosmetic Skin Care in Manhattan, combined with over nine years of professional experience at other spas and doctor offices Vanessa performs most of our MediSpa services including; peels, microdermabrasion, facials, laser hair removal, body waxing and eyelash tinting. She takes pride in educating patients on clinical skin care and the products that can truly make a difference in not only the look of their skin, but the health of it as well. When Vanessa is not in the MediSpa she spends time with her family which includes a husband and four beautiful daughters ---  including toddler twins.

Kathy O’Brien – Receptionist and Medical Assistant
Kathy has worked in medical offices for over 20 years, but her previous office experience was bit less cosmetic, as it was in a urologist’s practice where she mostly communicated with the male population of patients! She now loves the change and enjoys working with all our patients (male and female alike) since she says, ‘patients actually enjoy coming in for these treatments!’ With her out-going personality and honest communication when it comes to our patients’ concerns, makes her the perfect first contact for those interested in Dr. Andrea or Brian Hass’ services. Since 2006 her on-going responsibilities of scheduling appointments, answering patient questions and medical assisting are just part of her ‘command central’ post at our reception area. She also has professional experience with patient home care and the operating room which is an added bonus at Hass Plastic Surgery & MediSpa. Kathy hails from Staten Island, NY yet has been a Floridian for over 30 years where she and her husband have raised three children. When not in town, Kathy and husband hit the road in their camper to explore the beautiful landscapes and beaches that Florida has to offer. 

Ashley Liberman - Patient Coordinator & Practice Liaison

Ashley joined our staff in the summer of 2011 after completing her Masters Degree in Health Administration at Florida Atlantic University. Although a recent graduate she has always loved the health care field. In fact, while an undergraduate Business Marketing and Management major she worked at a local pharmaceutical treatment company handling clinical coordination for patients receiving treatments for everything from psoriasis to multiple sclerosis. Patient safety and care are of the utmost importance to Ashley making her an excellent fit for the family here at Hass Plastic Surgery & MediSpa. Although her debut in our office was assisting Dr. Andrea Hass with patient's injectables, she has now added on patient coordinating and practice liaison work to her responsibilities. Not only does Ashley enjoy working one-on-one with patients, but she finds the networking with other physician offices a great opportunity to build a strong referral system for the Hasses and their patients. Ashley is a rare Florida native, but spent many years living in Kansas City, Missouri. Although happy to be back in the sunshine state she does make frequent trips home to see friends she left behind. As a recent newlywed she now enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs every chance she gets.

Tammy Camarena   - Patient Reception & Medical Assisting

Tammy comes to us after a long career in the employee benefit aspect of the insurance industry. This included working for benefit consultants in her hometown of Chicago, as well as for an benefit brokerage company in Santa Barbara, CA. Through it all she always had an intense interest in skin care and ultimately decided to leave insurance behind to pursue the field. To learn more she went through extensive training from a dermatologist and well known aesthetic instructor in Chicago and received her aesthetician license to progress toward becoming a skin care specialist. Upon arriving in Florida she sought out Hass Plastic Surgery & MediSpa for their excellent reputation and plastic surgery philosophies.  As Dr. A's assistant she's excited to be working with such experienced doctors and looks forward to applying her love of skin care to enhance patient care. When not at work, she enjoy cooking, visiting her large Italian family and traveling with her husband. 

Julia Long - RN & Patient Coordinator

Julia joined the Hass staff in the spring of 2011 after completing her Bachelors in Nursing from South University. Her desire to work in an operating room alongside surgeons and her fascination for the human anatomy is what drove her to our practice. With her Bachelor of Science degree in hand from the University of Central Florida, Julia kicked off her science career by working in the field of genetic biotech reserach at an agricultural seed company. Although she enjoyed many aspects of genetic research she felt like something was missing. After some soul searching she decided to expand on her scientific experience by adding a nursing degree to her educational background. With top honors in her class we are proud she has stepped into the more human side of the sciences as our nurse and patient coordinator. Her well rounded capabilities and enthusiasm for learning allow her to have several roles in the office. She not only performs the necessary pre-operative responsiilities to get patients ready for their surgery, but she also continues that  relationship through consistent care at their follow-up appointments. One of Julia's favorite duties is assisting the doctors in the operating room and following patients through to recovery. From her nursing desk to the OR, you can always count on Julia to get the job done.

Linda Schaeffer – Surgical Technician
Many patients have come to recognize our first surgical assistant Linda for her pretty blue eyes that peek above her surgical mask on our operating days at Hass Plastic Surgery Center. With over 30 years of experience as a Surgical Technician and First Assistant, Linda's presence in the operating room has been vital to our success since she began working with the doctors in 1997.  She also has a Bachelors Degree in Business and wears a management hat to oversee the operating room purchasing and procedure compliances for a fully credentialed AAAASF facility. When Linda is ready to unwind from a day of surgery, she doesn't leave her manual dexterity behind, but puts it to work creatively with home improvement projects and crafts. Although you will never catch Linda promoting her own stature, (being the humble girl with roots in the Midwest)  --- it is her unwavering pride and work commitment that her patients and doctors have come to truly appreciate.
